It is an ideal room for an artist or a couple of artists requiring a live/work space. This room can be customised to suit. Painting walls is possible. Common areas include a fully functional kitchen, 2 bathrooms (internal and semi-external), laundry and large front and back yards which are the basis for experimental sustainable, native habitat projects and a reading room. Close to shops, great food and transport options, the four bedroom house is approximately 20 minutes leisurely walk to Burwood or Croydon train stations, a combination of dedicated bicycle itineraries and direct buses in all directions: to the city, Strathfield, Burwood or Sydney domestic and international airports.
