Red Room is an elegant function room with views of Darling Harbour from its private balcony. It has red tones and traditional Chinese accents. Lots of light floods in through large windows. The space suits seated dinners and standing cocktail events, such as cultural gatherings. Designated smoking areas will be guided by our staff on the event day. 2) Outside Food, Drink, and Alcohol Consumption: 2.1 No outside catering or beverages are allowed without prior approval. 2.2 Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from our menu; no outside alcohol is permitted. The alcohol service will end at 10 PM. 3) Noise Levels and Event End Time:Keep noise to a reasonable level to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests. All events must conclude by 10 PM unless otherwise arranged with management. 4) Decorations and Photography: 4.1 Decorations are welcome but must be approved by management to ensure they do not cause damage or conflict with the policies of the Chinese Garden of Friendship. 4.2 Photography is allowed on our premises. Additional fees may apply for taking photographs around the Chinese Garden of Friendship. 5) Liability and Compliance: Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the space or its furnishings during their use. For the safety and comfort of all, please comply with all instructions provided by our staff. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day Show cancellation details Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
