Description
Sommelier Tim Pearlstone has traveled and worked a world of wine. He has participated in many Sommelier competitions including Australia’s sommelier of the year, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Jeune sommelier competition. Tim has won a multitude of awards and scholarships including the Ruinart Challenge and the Lorenzo Galli to name a few.
