An open plan warehouse space on Level 2 of the iconic Moran and Cato building, with its own rich history and character. With huge windows and great views to the north, this is a light and spacious studio. Grabowski has 4m high ceilings, an abundance of greenery, and work spaces that have a sense of privacy. Natural Sisal flooring ensures a quiet work space. We have a large meeting room, fridge and coffee machine in the space, as well as a seperate and fully equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms + shower on our level. The available space could suit a creative small business or freelancer. You will be sharing the studio with a collective of designers & creatives, a small film locations company, a graphic design company and 3 film makers. We are a lovely friendly crew!
