This lockable, upstairs space is filled with natural light from the skylight above and looks out over the greenery of the Market Hall area. Well lit studio space with natural light and light wooden aesthetics. This studio is situated on our Mezzanine level and has a gradient roof. There are currently desks in the space, which are optional. This space is 34.8m2 however there is a large beam that runs through the middle of the space rendering only half of the space usable for desk space. The other half of the space is great for storage.
