Welcome to our versatile Multifunction Room, a spacious area covering 200 square meters with a cozy carpeted floor, a 70" TV, a blackboard, and a small stage. This room is well-suited for a range of activities, including yoga and meditation classes, formal meetings, conferences, and educational lectures. The high ceiling and ample natural light from the sky windows create an airy and conducive environment. Bookings will be cancelled within 24 hours if invalid credit card information is provided. Check-In Procedure: Upon check-in, a pre-authorization will be taken for the total cost of accommodation, plus an additional $100 per room of your stay. Room Availability: In the event of a double booking, the property reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard (if available). Smoking Policy: Our accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Smoking in the room will result in a cleaning fee of $250 to restore the room to its non-smoking status. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any breakages, theft, or excess cleaning required during their stay, and such incidents may incur additional charges. Early Departure: Guests departing before the agreed check-out date will be charged for the full reservation. Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the stay. Quiet Enjoyment: We strive to provide a peaceful environment for all guests. Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour may result in eviction without refund. Pets: With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed on the premises. Force Majeure: The property is not liable for failure to perform its obligations for any reason beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, and government restrictions. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable.
