Balam Balam Place is your new purpose-built creative and community precinct located in the heart of Brunswick. Our creative and community spaces are available for a range of uses including theatre and creative development, workshops, symposiums, classes, workshops, hosted talks and community events. These spaces range from small meeting rooms to large function rooms with a commercial kitchen available. We accommodate a diverse range of users, such as theatre groups looking for a large space to rehearse, architects and designers in need of quiet desk space, or artists looking to exhibit their work. We are located next to the the Brunswick Baths, just off Sydney Road, and a short walk from tram, bus and train stops, and share the site with Blak Dot Gallery. Home Economics is located on the Ground Floor, serving up damn good coffee and delicious pastries from 8am, 7 days.
