Are you looking to get away, or are you in need of additional short-term accommodation for your home or property? Lucille offers a unique Lux Tiny Home experience like no other. Lucille is our stunning 1976 Viscount Royal. At 22ft long Lucille is one of the larger caravans, ensuring plenty of space to comfortably accommodate a family of four, inside and out. Dimensions 2.5m wide x 8m long (incl drawbar) Internal ceiling height 6ft 4in (193cm). Featuring full size single bunks, at the front, and an extra long double at the back. Lucille is one of only a few caravans which can accommodate families with young adults. The stunning lounge offers a comfortable space to relax, while the seperate kitchen ensures the family can freely move around the caravan without ‘climbing’ over each other. Lucille is fitted with a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit. For safety we have removed all options for cooking inside. All major appliances are to be used outside e.g. Air Fryer, BBQ, dual Hot Plate etc. The kettle, coffee machine and toaster can be used in the kitchen, provided the kitchen window is open. The outdoor living space includes a 3m x 6m awning, table and chairs, fairy lights and cooking bench with appliances. Lucille resides in the Noosa Hinterland and is available for hire. Lucille requires access to a standard tap fitting for water and standard powerpoint for power.
