I am looking for the right candidate to share my boutique style shopfront and office space with. Ideal location. Located in the shopping hub of the Byron Bay industrial estate, next to Zulu and Zephyr, Bare Road, Velvet Canyon, Wandering Folk and Rue Stiic just to name a few.  Ideally I am looking for another brand to share the space with, either homewares, jewellery, clothing or accessories, however I am flexible for the right candidate. Please note this is a boutique store so all stock must be neatly presented at all times. Rent is $220 per week which will cover half of the shopfront and half of the office space out the back, a car park right out the front of the shop and a toilet/kitchenette on site.  Other expenses include; a quarterly electricity bill.  Minimum 6 months commitment.
