Founders Mimi and Chloe are passionate, lively and can't wait to share their love of Duality with you. Our studio is located at the basement of 28 O'Connell St and is now available for private classes of a minimum of 8 people. Here, you will learn how to be sexy and strong. You will be encouraged to find your inner sensual self and feel confident in your own body. No previous experience is necessary. The structure of our classes includes conditioning, strengthening, flexibility, stretching, dancing skills and finally routine and choreography practice. You can wear whatever you please here at Duality, though we recommend for pole dance classes that you wear shorts which don’t cover the back of your knee. Remember that the more skin you have to stick to the pole, the better. You may also want to bring along some knee pads if your knees are sensitive. For floor, chair, dance and Kiki classes, we recommend fitness leggings or knee pads. Our approach ignites your soul, metamorphoses your mind and supports your beautiful form. All you need to bring to class is a towel for yourself, a towel for your pole or chair, a towel for your mat and water bottle. You are required to clean down your pole with our high strength cleaner after using it. No smoking in the building. Damage done to the building will result in extra charges. We are an over 18's venue, because of the nature of our classes and content, and as such we ask that you do not bring your children along. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
