We run a full service post production company set in a boutique double story terrace but we just don’t need all the space to ourselves! We’re looking for someone to take over the downstairs space and share some of the common areas. What is included: - 3 desk spaces (potentially room to set up more). - Shared access to 2 beautifully furnished suites - Shared access to common area, kitchen, downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom with shower facilities - fully furnished already with everything needed to hit the ground running. Can comfortably seat 3 people but room to expand into common area and suites if needed. Two car spots are currently in use but open to negotiation. Potential lease takeover is also an option if you’re not looking to share (although not preferred). Located in the heart of Surry Hills, Sydney, just a 2 minute walk from Central Station.
