A cleaning fee will be charged if the space is not returned in its original condition. Any damages to furniture, equipment, or décor must be reported and will be deducted from the security bond. Prohibited Activities Smoking, vaping, and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Loud music or excessive noise is not allowed, as the venue is located in a business district. Use of the kitchen or coffee bar section is subject to prior approval and may incur additional charges. Any additional décor or equipment brought in must be approved beforehand and must not damage the venue. Insurance The hirer must provide proof of public liability insurance covering the event or activities held at the venue. The venue is located on the ground floor and is accessible for both pedestrians and equipment. Staff Support A staff member may be present to assist with access and oversee the hire. Additional staff support is available upon request at an extra cost. Cancellation policy: Flexible Show cancellation details Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
