43 Derby Street is a flexible space for hire. The minimal but considered room is designed to be truly flexible, allowing you to inhabit the space as you see fit. Our space has been used for workshops, art exhibitions, meetings and off-sites, talks, classes and presentations, personal celebrations, small professional events, photography and film shoots, pop-up retail and wholesale showings. The 50sqm room has 4m high ceilings and large ornate windows that flood the room with natural light. We have a range of supplies for you to use on-site (free of charge), such as black-out blinds and polyboards for photography, a projector and meeting table for professionals and trestle tables and stools for classes/workshops. We hire the space out hourly (minimum 3 hours), daily (8 hours) or weekends. We offer discounts for longer term bookings.
