Little Gore St is a bright, tranquil and light-filled studio in the heart of Fitzroy and close to Melbourne CBD and public transport. An inviting, productive and pleasant space to focus and create your best work. Join 3 other friendly creatives in this relaxed and comfortable studio. With ample space, light and set within a quiet lane, this is a fantastic environment for focused and creative work. We've shared the studio with developers, installation artists, designers, illustrators, writers, editors and filmmakers over the last 5 years we've taken care of this space. Everyone enjoys the light, the loft-like ambiance, the excellent location and productive vibes. The working space is best suited to focused kind of work like writing, designing and coding etc and less suited to regular meetings and zooms. The people you'll be sharing with come and go regularly and its unlikely there'll be four people in the office at any one time. If there is, there's plenty of space to move around, chat, make your lunch and look out into the gardens below. We have a separate bathroom and shower/toilet, and full kitchen, excellent heating and cooling options, a table and a couch for thinking time. Close to Fitzroy's cafe's, bars, shops and parklands. A light walk from Gertrude St, Smith St and Brunswick St. Here is a place to be inspired and feel good while doing a day's work.
