Final numbers and details must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event. Minimum Spend & Hire Fees Minimum spend or hire fees apply depending on the day, time, and area hired. These will be confirmed during your booking. Licensing & Trading Hours The venue is licensed until 11pm (Sun–Wed) and 1am (Thurs–Sat). All events must conclude by these times unless otherwise approved. Food & Beverage No outside food or drinks are permitted without prior approval. Cakes are welcome for special occasions. All catering must be arranged in advance. Decorations Decorations are allowed but must not damage the venue (e.g., no confetti, glitter, nails or tape on walls). Setup/pack down must be within your booking time unless arranged. Music & AV Live music and DJs are permitted within licensing restrictions. Our speaker system and TVs can be used on request. Noise levels must remain respectful of surrounding neighbours. Security & Staffing Security may be required for larger or late-night events, at the discretion of the venue. All bar and kitchen staff are provided. Damage & Cleaning You are responsible for any damage caused by your guests. A cleaning fee may apply if the space is left in poor condition. Guest Conduct All guests must adhere to RSA laws and venue policies. The venue reserves the right to remove or refuse service to any intoxicated or disruptive individuals. Cancellations Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation policy: Flexible Show cancellation details Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
