Description
Offshoot Studio (formerly FT Studio) is a photography studio in Canberra, featuring high ceilings, large aperture for access and much, much more. Our goal from the start was to have a large, light controlled space that would ensure that space limitations won’t limit creativity. The space is primarily designed for photography, however, it’s also a great space for a range of other creatives including videographers. If you need a large space for rehearsals, or dance, Offshoot Studio could also work, particularly if you’re after an interesting backdrop. The space for hire is completely blacked out (apart from the lonely emergency exit light in the corner), however, you can simply open the huge roller door if you feel like using natural light. You’re also spoilt with 2 of the large walls featuring a stunning textured concrete finish. Offshoot Studio is located in Beard, ACT. 9 minutes from the Canberra airport, 20 minutes from the city, and close to other spots around Canberra. There is plenty of free curbside parking available out the front of the studio on Alumina Street. Reserved parking is available for $15/day.
