The Centre for Creative Photography studios and darkrooms are a welcoming, affordable, well-equipped, flexible space to make all of your photographic and related work. Our facilities (studio, darkroom, gallery, digital suite, classrooms) are available to hire as a service to the professional photographic community. As we are primarily a school our pricing is affordable; depending on scheduling you may be working with students nearby, making for a dynamic and creative environment. We have five studios in an open-plan space available to hire for just about any photo shoot you might have in mind. Studios are fully equipped with a great range of gear, daylight studio, kitchen, street art mural and a professional but relaxed atmosphere. Film photographers will feel right at home in our darkrooms and film processing facilities. Our digital suite and classrooms can also be used for meetings, seminars and more. The Light Gallery, Adelaide's only fine art gallery dedicated to photography, hosts exhibitions year-round and can always consider proposals. The Centre for Creative Photography is in the inner western suburbs, a short trip from both the Adelaide CBD and airport. There are great options for coffee and lunch during the day. With a mix of light industry and residential in the area, photographers often wander outside for a few location shots as well.
