The Blanc Space is the central open area within the Salt and Lime Studio – a clean and versatile space designed to adapt to a wide range of creative and professional uses. Leave the space as you found it. Studio Access: Entry is strictly for booked times only. Early entry or late exit may incur additional charges. Set Up & Pack Down: Your hire time must include setup and pack down. Plan accordingly to avoid overtime fees. No Smoking: The studio is strictly smoke-free. Pets: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of neighbouring businesses—no excessive noise or disruptions. Damage & Breakages: Any damage to furniture, props, or the space must be reported and may incur replacement fees. Cleaning: General cleaning is included, but excessive mess or misuse may attract a cleaning fee. Styling Props & Furniture: Feel free to use items available in the studio, but return them to their original place after use. Rubbish: Dispose of any waste in the provided bins or take it with you. Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period Show cancellation details Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours. Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 6 months from the original date, at no cost.
