The Icebergs Pacific Dining Room situated right on top of the Pacific Ocean is an intimate and unique space that is the only private dining room that overlooks the breath-taking Bondi Beach. With its own private bar alongside the everchanging horizon, it’s the perfect backdrop to host any celebration, corporate event, brand and product launch, team building session, breakfast, brunch or media event. If you’re looking for an intimate and picturesque venue for your event, the Pacific Dining Room is the perfect option. The PDR accommodates up to 40 guests across multiple tables of 4 to 8 guests. We can seat a maximum of 24 guests on one long table, this is broken into three tables of 8 guests with a small gap in between. Please note the PDR accommodates sit-down events only. Breakfast Events: 9.00am - 11.00am (Tuesday - Friday) Lunch Events: 12.00am - 5.00pm (Tuesday - Sunday Dinner Events: 6.30pm - 12.00am (Tuesday - Saturday) Dinner Events: 6.30pm - 10.00pm (Sunday) | Rules of the space: Rules of the space Allowed events No promoted and ticketed events allowed Unavailable: No wedding licence No wedding licence Unavailable: No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available No temporary Event Notice (TENs) available Host rules Outside catering is not allowed. No smoking in the building. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day Show cancellation details Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 30 months from the original date, at no cost.
