Unfortunately, it is on the first floor and not wheelchair accessible. It is only accessible via stairs. However, there is a lift, which is helpful for carrying furniture and materials up. 24 hr access to the building. You are in the heart of Fitzroy and close to the CBD. The building is filled with creative brands and designers. Close to shops and thousands of unique cafes/bars. Busses and trams are right outside. The space is extremely secure and feels very safe to be in, even for the night owls.
