Hi, My name is Andy Falconer and I have been running creative studios in Brunswick since 2014 and now I'm happy to be involved in a great new maker space in the old Visy packaging plant which is situated in the Moreland Creative Precinct, in Coburg. The spacious and tidy interior has windows all round and a nice open plan feel. The studios are secure and lockable. There are also open plan communal spaces as well as co-working and areas to conduct group workshops. The aim has been to achieve a social, communal feel but with the ability to also work in a private studio space. The building is within 15 mins walk from the nearest tram stop and Batman train station.
