Extensive research was conducted to honor the venue’s past, resulting in chairs that were painstakingly designed and crafted to match the photographs of the original pieces. From their wooden frames made in Europe to the upholstery crafted in New York, every detail has been meticulously attended to. These chairs, alongside the three original and two faithfully reproduced sets of leadlight windows, contribute to the authentic and timeless ambience that embraces you. As you enter Gazelles, the elegant polished floorboards, cozy fireplace, exquisite light fittings, and carefully chosen color scheme create a design that is uniquely suited to the Palais Royale. Extended use is possible, subject to management approval • Bar fixtures and equipment cannot not be removed • 1 week notice prior to the conference is required for stage to be removed from the ballroom. • The function and accommodation spaces are not held until the deposit has been made. • Deposit is non-refundable • Should the initial non- refundable deposit not be received within 5 days confirmation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel all arrangements including tentative accommodation and meeting facilities being held. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day Show cancellation details Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 12 months from the original date, at no cost.
