Made with a stretch velvet that has a mild sparkle throughout, this elegant and classic gown is perfect for so many occasions. It has adjustable spaghetti straps that crosses as a low tie at the back and a gorgeous cowl neckline. The emerald colour, I do believe, is also quite hard to find in stock. But if not for the fact that I lost a lot of weight after my formal, I definitely would have worn this dress more than once. I also would offer it at a lower rental price if it weren't for the free shipping and the cost of dry cleaning velvet in my area. The slit was brought down an inch and some excess fabric at the waist was brought in. Nevertheless, the stretch material and straps mean that this dress has a lot of adjustability; I remember trying on a size 8 and 12 and both were acceptable fits, too. It has cups in the bust but no wire- I am a member of the itty bitty committee and I felt well covered and supported, but I also trust that it could support a larger bust too.
