Avoid touching mirrors or leaning objects against them. No graffiti, markings, or adhesive materials are allowed on walls, floors, or mirrors. Cleanliness Leave the studio as you found it. Dispose of all trash in designated bins and take personal belongings with you. Avoid bringing food or drinks into the studio, except for water in closed containers. Floor Protection No hard-soled shoes, high heels, or any footwear that could damage the floor. Avoid dragging heavy objects or equipment across the floor. Prohibited Substances and Items Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are not allowed. Open flames, candles, or pyrotechnics are prohibited. Noise and Conduct Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing others. Be considerate of neighboring spaces and adhere to any sound restrictions. Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Damage Responsibility Any damage to the studio or its equipment must be reported immediately. Renters are financially responsible for any repairs or replacements resulting from misuse. Decorations and Temporary Alterations Do not affix anything to the walls, mirrors, or floors without prior approval. Any unauthorized alterations may result in damage charges. Emergency Awareness Know the location of exits and emergency equipment. Report any accidents or safety concerns immediately to management. Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day Show cancellation details Cancellations 30 days in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations 30 days to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations for events starting within 7 days are non-refundable. Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date within 2 months from the original date, at no cost.
