Late return fee — 2h grace period

• Day 1 late: $1.00
• Days 2–5 late: $1.50/day
• Days 6–7 late: $1.80/day
• 7+ days late: daily fees stop — treated as a loss claim for the item's full replacement value

Cancellation & change fee

• 30+ days before your start date: Free
• 7–29 days before your start date: 40% of the booking
• 2–6 days before your start date: 70% of the booking
• 1 day or less before your start date: 100% of the booking

Same schedule applies whether you cancel outright or change your dates.
